are yours. For your privacy, you have the option to password your

Information |

Track information about races including date, race type (defined
by you in your user profile), race name, location, distance (in miles, kilometers, meters,
or yards), time in hours, minutes, seconds, and tenths of a second, race number, age
group, place in your age group, total people (in the race), overall place, award, gear (ex. shoes - used
for tracking mileage and time of any equipment that you have), heart rate, comments and
more. Your age on the race day and pace are calculated for you. See the race entries section for more information |

Information |

Track information about training entries including date, time of
day, route (routes are defined by you),
time, gear, conditions, heart rate, notes,
and more. The pace is calculated from the distance setup in your training route (if

English or Metric |

You can choose to have you speed, pace, weight, and distance totals
displayed in English (miles and pounds) or Metric (kilometers and kilograms). You
can change this selection at any time and all values will recalculate for you
automatically. In addition, regardless of the default measure you choose, you can
enter distances in miles, kilometers, meters, or yards. Distance totals will include
all distances (miles, kilometers, meters, and yards) and shows totals in the measure you
prefer. |

user profile that allows each user to customize the way the program works for them.

Calendar Views |

One of the unique features of Run Don't Walk is the 6 and 12 month
calendar views. Imagine being able to group your workout into different types (e.g.
running, weigh lifting, swimming, etc) and assign those type color. Now, combine
those training types with races and your race schedule and have it all displayed on a
simple, easy to use calendar view that shows up to 12 months at a time! You have to see it it believe it. Navigate through

your information so finding what you want is quick and easy. Filters are available

Quick-Filter |

Filter your information even faster with quick-filters. Simply
right-click on a field in the racing or training entry screens to display a list of
available filtering options for that field. When you select an option, the list
automatically shows you the entries that match that filter. You can continue to
filter on other fields until you see exactly what you want. |

Printing Capabilities |

A full range of printing capabilities are available for all reports,

Miles, Meters, Kilometers, and Yards |

Unlike other programs, Run Don't Walk allows you to enter your
distances in miles, meters, kilometers and yards. This allows a user to enter their
2 mile, 5 kilometer, 100 yard, and 800 meter races. |

To help you in the learning process, many of the Run Don't Walk
screens have tips (helpful hints) that guide you through the basic functionality of that
screen. Choose to display these tips or turn them off at any time. This allows
you to learn at your own pace. |
