This page contains the major screens that make up
the body weight tracking section of Run Don't Walk. Click on a link below to see a

This screen displays your body weight entries and
any body weight goals you may have set. You can
view all of your entries or choose a subset. The screen above shows the last 12
months of entries. The key points of interest are:
You can select to have your body weight goals are displayed on the graph.
As you move the mouse over a graph point, the weight
for that entry or "Goal" entry will be displayed.
You'll notice that the graph on the "Y-axis"
starts at 210 pounds and ends at 230 pounds. As with many graphs in the program,
your weight can be displayed "Proportionally". This option is located in the
upper left-hand corner of the graph. When this is selected, the graph will
automatically adjust based on the entries you have displayed. The advantage is this
is to easily see fluctuations in your weight.

Body Weight Entry
This screen is used to enter your body weight
entries.

Body Weight Goals
This screen is used to create your body weight
goals. These are goals you can set and compare to your actual body weight entries.
You can have as many goals as you want, including multiple goals during the same
time period.
