This screen is a very powerful feature of Run Don't
Walk. It provides a 6 and 12 month (displayed above) view of your racing, training,
and future race schedule entries. This is accomplished through the color coding that
you choose as part of your user profile. The key points of interest are:
Multiple entries can exist on the
same day.
Click on a calendar day to display the detail
information for all entries on that day. Double-click on the detail to open up the
entry for modification.
Right-click on a calendar day to add a training, racing, or race schedule entry. Many
users choose to have this screen open automatically when the program opens.
Click on a month heading to display the Weekly Totals for that month.
Use the View buttons to quickly move through years of
racing and training entries.

Weekly Totals
This screen provides a monthly view of your weekly
totals for your racing and training entries. This is accomplished through the color
coding that you choose as part of your user profile (refer to the color legend above).
The key points of interest are:
Each calendar day that has an entry will display the
name of that entry, the distance (if applicable), the time, and the pace. If you
have multiple entries on a given day, the total distance and time will be added together.
Multiple entries can exist on the
same day.
Click on a calendar day to display the detail
information for all entries on that day. Double-click on the detail to open up the
entry for modification.
