screens that make up the heart rate tracking section of Run Don't
Walk. Click on a link below to see a specific screen or scroll
down the page to see them all.
This screen displays your heart rate entries entered
from this screen, your race entries, and your training entries. You can view all of
your entries or choose a subset. The screen above shows all entries for the
"Max" heart rate type. You can setup your own Heart Rate Types. The
key points of interest are:
As you move the mouse over a graph
point, the heart rate for that entry or "Goal" entry will be displayed.
Heart rate entries can be entered here, or in your Race Entry and Training Entry screens.
This screen combines all entries in one place.
