User Profile
This screen is where you create a new user.
The only required information to create a user is a First and Last name. The
remaining information can be entered at anytime. The key points of interest are:
Password - You can set a
password on your profile to keep your information secure from other users.
Phone Numbers & Contacts - If you are using
the program for a group of users (club, team, etc.), you can enter "User Phone
Numbers" and "Emergency Contact Information". This information is
viewable by all users.
User Picture - You can add a picture to your
profile that will be displayed when you login.
|
User Preferences
This screen allows you to set preferences that
affect the way program behaves for you. The key points of interest are:
Starting Window - You can
choose a specific window to be displayed when the program is started.
Remember Window Sizes and Locations - When this
option is selected, windows will remember their size and placement when closed, and return
to the same size and placement when reopened.
Remember Column Width and Column Order - When
this option is checked, any changes made to table columns (width and order) will be
remembered, and returned to the same width and order next time the table is displayed.
Default Measure - You can decide to have all of
your distance totals, pace, speed, and weight values displayed in English (Miles &
Pounds) or Metric (Kilometers & Kilograms). When you change this option, all
existing entries will automatically be converted for you.

Athletic Gear List
Wouldn't it be nice to know how many miles you've
put on a pair of shoes or how much time you've spent on your bike? Now you can!
When you create a race or training entry, you simply
select the Gear you used. That's it! The total distance, time, number of race
entries, and number of training entries are automatically calculated for you. The
key points of interest are:
When you stop using a piece of
gear, simply mark it as "Retired". This will prevent it from showing up in
any new race or training entries.
|
Training Types
This screen allows you to create your training
types, which categorize the different types of training activities you participate in.
By assigning a color to each training type, you can easily see the patterns in your
training history. See the Event
Calendar to see where these colors are used.
|
Training Route Entry
This screen is where you create and maintain your
training routes. The key points of interest are:
Distance - In most cases,
you may not know the actual distance of your routes. You can enter or change the
distance at any time. When you do, all existing training entries will automatically
be recalculated for pace and speed values.
|
Training Route List
This screen displays all of your training routes.
You can choose to not show a route by selecting the "Do Not Display"
option for that route.
