This screen displays your weight lifting entries and
displays a progress graph for the selected Exercise. The key points of interest are:
You can choose the number of
entries to show at one time. You may choose to show more based on your screen
resolution. Choose between 20, 40, 60, 80, or 100.
The View (navigation) options, located in the lower
left-hand corner of the screen, allows you to scroll through years of information quickly
and easily.

Weight Lifting Entry
This screen is used to enter your weight lifting
race entries. The Lifting Types in this window come from the weigh lifting types you
setup in your user profile. This list can be modified or reordered at anytime.
The key points of interest are:
Weight can be entered in whole or
fractions of a pound. Based on your Default Measure setting in your user preferences, you can enter
your weight in Pounds or Kilograms.
To speed the entry, the "Lifting Sets" and
"Repetitions In Set" default to previously entered values and Equipment defaults
to the equipment specified in the weight lifting type maintenance window.
